RENT WITH US
The Iron Factory is a rental studio and residency space in Philadelphia's Olde Kensington neighborhood for dance, theatre, music, photography, events, and more. Formerly the top floor of an early 1900s factory, the studio offers a rich architectural interior with exposed brick walls and natural light, ideal for any artist looking to find a nurturing creative space.

NOTE: Rental agreements must be signed prior to renting the space. There is a five-day cancellation policy for rehearsals, photography sessions, classes, and workshops, and a 14-day cancelation policy for events and performances.
