Do you want to feel more at ease, grounded, supported and inspired in your work?
Are you dreaming of a life that aligns more with your body's wisdom and visions?
Do you recognize the need for self-care and community support to sustain your work?
You are not alone! Join Lee Fogel for this 4-month training program that fosters community, inspiration, and ease in your life and work.
In this program I support you to gently align with your body's wisdom so that you can truly move forward in creating the life you want. We focus on essential issues for creative leaders and emerging visionaries, such as building supportive community, tending your relationship to money, and supporting a healthy flow of rest and activation. Your projects, health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, communities, and emerging life visions will be supported immensely by this thematic turning inward with the support of community.
This program is for you if you are envisioning new projects or work/life structures, wanting to develop self-care practices for your already existing projects, or wanting to cultivate community and support as you deepen into your projects and self-care practices.
We will meet 8 times as a group and 3 times one-on-one over the course of the program.
Are you ready to receive deep support for your well-being and the projects that matter most to you?
